Today is the first day of the wrest of your life

Today is a strategy retreat for the Foundation.
Tomorrow is hopefully nice enough to fly.
Monday to Thursday is lots of working on steel and riding the bicycle and walking the dog and seeing of friends and just getting through the end of the cold moisture part of winter.

And Friday I fly to Colorado to celebrate Dave's birthday in Vail.
I will fly commercially. I have just yesterday decided. Unpredictable weather. And totally predictable that if I got weathered down before I got to Vail that I would be very unhappy. Being stuck in a Twin Falls, Idaho, Motel 6 for a weekend would be so very ... ordinary.
So Alaska Airlines gets the job.

It's snowing in West Seattle.

It's the second of March for f*(#$ sake.

I'm sick of being cold. I know it's still supposed to be cold in March, but kind of a 45 - 52 sort of thing. Not 28 - 34 sort of thing. The never ending unpredictable winter.

RV Honesty

Apparently the RV industry has just flat run out of money for marketing. Or patience. Or they've realized how ridiculous it is to name a 40' long rolling living room/bar that gets 5 mpg "Timberlodge" "Kountry Aire" "Sandpiper" or "Sea Breeze." These are all real RV names.

They're rolling out their new line. The one below, which I spotted today, will be followed by the Guzzler, the Plunderer, and the White Trash. (Other color options available.)
