We Serve

I flew Bill and Dave to Richland, WA yesterday. Home of the Bombers. This high school mascot is represented by the symbol of the atom - paean to Hanford Nuclear Reservation, former employer of the many. (Now just putting the 'reservation' back into nuclear.)

We went to speak to the Richland tri-Cities Parkinson's support group. A very nice group. Inquisitive and hopeful, and rightly so.

We used to go out to a lot of these groups, and will probably do more again in the near future. It's the best part of the whole Parkinson's thing we've started - getting to go out and fire people up about getting help for what they're dealing with.

If you know me, this may sound rather cheerleader-ish. But if you know me really well, you know I mean it.

And then there was the flying... over the Cascades, between the growing cumulus, dropping into eastern Washington to run under the freezing clouds. The flight home was gorgeous too. Jeff Renner really has no f*cking idea some times... The weather was delightful.
